30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If our digital guides do not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. You do not need to give a reason.
How to request a refund
- Email legal@aureliquora.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Include your order number and the email address you used at checkout.
- We will confirm your request within 2 business days.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds usually appear within 5–10 business days. Once a refund is issued, your licence to use the refunded product ends and you must delete any copies you downloaded.
Digital content and your statutory rights (UK & EU customers)
Our products are digital content delivered immediately after purchase. By completing checkout, you ask us to begin delivery straight away and acknowledge that you lose the standard 14-day right to cancel once the download link has been provided. This does not affect our voluntary 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee above, nor any rights you have by law if a product is faulty or not as described.
Faulty or missing files
If a file will not open, is incomplete or did not arrive, contact us and we will send a working copy or issue a full refund, at your choice.

Please contact us before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank. Most issues are resolved within one business day, and a refund through us is faster than a bank dispute.
